Donning (putting) and doffing (removing) of personal protective equipments (PPE) during COVID 19 pandemic- sequences|

The name PPE itself suggest that protects you from contact of diseases. The type of PPE used will vary based on the level of precautions required such as standard and contact, droplet or airborne infection isolation precautions. The procedures for putting and removing PPE is slightly vary to the specific types of PPE used.
In general when we use PPE donning and doffing off PPE is -

Step6- Google's
Step7 gloves 
DOFFING OF PPE- 
Step1- gloves
Step2- gown 
Step3- head cap
Step4- mask

If you are a health care worker and on COVID duty, sometimes you might get confused while putting and removing your PPE. The proper sequence for DONNING and DOFFING of PPE during COVID duty is-

DONNING
First layer
Step1-Surgical mask
Step2-Surgical cap
Step3-Appron
Step4-Plastic shoe covers
Step5-Examination gloves
Second layer
Step1-Head gear
Step2-White apron 
Step3-white shoe covers
Step4-N95 mask 
Step5-Eye wear
Step6-Sterile gloves
DOFFING 
first layer
Step1-Eye wear 
Step2-N95 mask
Step3-Untie shoe cover and open zipper of apron 
Step4-Gloves
Step5-Head gear 
Step6-Apron along with shoe cover

Second layer
Step1- shoe cover
Step2- gloves
Step3-  apron
Step4- surgical cap
Step5-surgical mask
Perform hand hygiene in between steps if hands become contaminated and immediately after removing PPE.
