• Visit the nearest PDS centre/ration shop

Ans. No. You cannot apply for Aadhaar from outside of India as it is mandatory to provide biometric details at an Aadhaar Enrolment Centre, which is located in India. Additionally, you need to have a residential address in India if you want to apply for an Aadhaar card.
